Pearl Allen is a senior multi-disciplinary designer, who operates with a focus on story-telling through various visual and auditory mediums.

Pearl celebrates a strong connection with her cultural background as a first generation Australian of Anglo-Japanese descent, and her diasporic identities permeate throughout her body of work through aesthetic devices, subject matter and creative practice. 

Across her years of practice in a freelance and corporate capacity, Pearl has demonstrated her skills in graphic design, illustration, moving and still picture, and written word. She has also undertaken roles as an Art Director and Project Manager, liaising with stakeholders not only within Australia, but internationally.
